Welcome to Sai Cabs. By booking a ride with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or our website. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.

2. Pricing & Payment

Fares are transparent and inclusive of taxes where applicable, but exclude toll and parking charges unless specified. We do not support surge pricing.

3. Passenger Conduct

Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for timeliness, Sai Cabs is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
